BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Remove the appliance from its packaging and remove all packaging items.

2. Place the device on a stable, flat and heat-resistant surface, away from any parts that can be damaged by heat. Keep a distance

of at least 30 cm between the outlet and walls, furniture, etc.

3. Remove the protective film from the control panel.

4. Clean all accessories and the inside of the device. Dry the accessories and put them back in the oven.

5. Connect the appliance only to a 220-240V ~ 50-60Hz grounded outlet.

6. When using for the first time, it is important to leave the oven on for about 18 minutes at maximum temperature (230°C) to

remove any factory odors. During this time, the appliance may emit a small amount of smoke. This is a normal phenomenon.

7. Adequately ventilate the room. Clean the unit according to the "Cleaning" section of this manual.

8. During operation, except for the first use described above: Do not use the unit when it is empty for longer than the time required

to reach the desired temperature level in recipes that require it.

Operation of the device

1. Plug the unit into a 220-240V ~ 50-60Hz grounded outlet only, and press the START/STOP button (B) to turn on the unit. The

screen will light up and the "FRIES "icon will flash.

Place the baking tray (7) or grate (8), (9), on the guides (3) in the appliance.

If you use your own food container, place it on the grate (8).

3. Touch the "FUNCTION"(C) icon, then select the desired program by touching the plus (I) or minus (H) icon, or touch the

"FUNCTION"(C) icon until the desired program is selected. The screen will display the default temperature and time for that

program. You can adjust the temperature with the "Temp"(E) button and the time with the "Time"(D) button as desired, using the

plus (I) or minus (H) buttons.

3. After selecting the desired program, confirm with the Start/Stop button (A) to start baking. A countdown timer will appear on the

screen. The selected program will flash during baking. When baking is complete, the appliance will beep 5 times and the LCD

display will show "OFF"

Note: The temperature cannot be adjusted in the "PROOF" function, only the time can be adjusted.

Note: After the cooking is finished, the fan will continue to run for 1 minute to cool the unit.

Note: When preparing fatty foods (e.g., chicken) in a frying drum, griddle or rotisserie, place the crumb/fat tray (13), above the

heaters in the lowest position of the guides, to prevent oil from dripping onto the heating elements.

In other cases, place the crumb tray (13) under the heaters.

Using the drum (12)

1. Insert the spit rod through the side holes in the drum, and then tighten the screws, making sure the drum is attached. Then

2. Open the drum, insert the food. Make sure you do not put too much food so that it can move around in the drum.

For best results, use half the space inside the drum and leave the other half empty.

3. Insert the drum into the appliance compartment. Make sure the spit rod rests on the spit handles. The side with cavities rests on

the left side mount, and the smoother side rests on the rotating part of the motor on the right side.

4. Close the unit and select the "AIR Grill" program. (Air-circulating grill with spit function).

5. When the food is ready, pull it out of the frying chamber using the spit handle (4).

Using the skewer set (5): Figure 1

1. Place the food on the skewers from the skewer set.

2. Place the round handles on the spit rod so that the holes are as aligned with each other as possible. Then tighten the screws on

both sides.

3. Insert the flat end of the skewer into one of the holes in the round holder, and then insert the end with the loop into the

corresponding hole in the other round skewer holder. Make sure that the skewers do not fall out of the holes when moving.

4.Insert the skewer set into the appliance compartment. Make sure the spit rod rests on the spit handles. The side with the dimples

rests on the left side mount, and the smoother side rests on the rotating part of the motor on the right side.

6. When the food is ready, pull it out of the frying chamber using the spit handle (4).
